The miter head, machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, features a semicircular design that rotates to the desired angle. A spring-loaded handle with a friction washer allows for precise adjustments. Its easy-to-read digital display, with resolution to 1/20th of a degree, makes settting and achieving accurate cuts straightforward, whether you're working with square crosscuts or angles up to 70°. A convenient cursor helps quickly locate the approximate angle, while the digital display allows for fine-tuning to achieve exact results. The 18-inch miter bar, with adjustable spring plungers, fits standard ¾” T-slots, ensuring smooth operation with zero play.
For longer material, enhance your cuts with an optional 18” or 24” aluminum fence. Featuring multiple T-slots and a sacrificial wood face, the fence provides zero-clearance support for chip-out-free cuts. The included flip-down stop block ensures repeatable accuracy, making it ideal for production runs with consistent results.
