Viking Norseman Drill & Tool High Speed Steel 118 Degree Twist Drill Bits

These twist drill bits are made from High Speed Steel (HSS) a form of tool steel that is  very hard and much more resistant to heat than high carbon steel. These bits can be used to drill metal, hardwood and most other materials at greater cutting speeds than carbon steel bits. The bright polished finish increases chip flow in softer materials such as aluminum, wood and plastic. Spiral flutes with a 118 degree higher flute angle removes chips more easily. Made in the USA.
